The park boasts 360-degree views with breathtaking sunrise and sunsets. The pool goes to 12 feet deep and is heated (a must in the mountains). A rigorous 9-pin disc-golf course is set up around the perimeter of the park that puts you through many obstacles, ravines, and is a great hike. A licensed commercial kitchen is in the expansive “TV & game room” which can be used to sell pizzas, do pancake breakfasts, or a snack bar. The newly paved front entrance is spacious for easy entry for the biggest rigs. The Country Store has plenty of room for the coffee station, fountain drinks, 2-door coolers, t-shirts, chips, snacks and merchandise. The property had a liquor license, and it can be acquired again easily in the event you want to sell wine, beer and spirits. There is an office, restroom and upstairs storage inside the main building. The property has fresh paint, new fences and two entrances so campers do not experience arrival jam-ups. The shower-house and restrooms were remodeled during the pandemic downtime. Updated septic system and we began updating the electric into all the 50 AMP sites. Groundwork was laid for easy expansion of more 50AMP RV pull-through sites. This campground will sell fast because it is prime for expansion!
