Resort Information The property is situated on 4 acres. There is expansion available on the south end of the property.
On the west side of the resort, there is potential for an expansion of rooms if willing to relocate the cooking/gathering area.
There are many types of accommodations to please many needs.
The hotel has 20 rooms. It is located at the edge of the lake. Of them, there are 14 rooms with kitchens and 6 rooms that are smaller without kitchens.
The hunter’s haven is located on the water’s edge. It can accommodate up to 16 people. A great place to gather!
There are 4 Clubhouses and they are located walking distance to the lake. It can accommodate up to 16 people or more since these units are adjoining.
There are 5 mobile homes. They provide all the comforts of home. They are close to the water and offers lots of space.
The resort is on city water and city sewer! What all the buyers want!
The resort is open year round which will allow great earnings potential!
Owner's Residence There is one home on the property. It is approximately 1,300 square feet with 2 bathrooms.
