OCATION! LOCATION! Situated on the beautiful Niangua River! It is centrally located between Kansas City and St. Louis and only 8 miles from one of Missouri’s largest state park. Being a spring feed river it’s a trophy area for trout and small mouth bass fishing. The resort started to be built in 2004 by the same owner and operator today. This park has a lot to offer! For outdoor activities the resort offers rafting, canoeing, kayaking, and tubing. One of the nicest things about where the park is located on the river is the entire float ends back at the resort. The guests are done being transported by early evening and not late at night! The gift shop offers the resort’s own branded clothing and souvenirs along with home decor and antiques. Pete’s Place is THE place for primitive camping, food and fun, on the Niangua River. The Gravel Bar is a concession trailer that also is a great stop that offers snacks, drinks , etc.. The immaculate bath houses featuring hot showers are placed at convenient locations throughout the park. There are a total of 18 homes and cabins for rent along the river. They sure will please all your finicky guests! They range from the townhouse that is well appointed with 2 bedrooms with a large kitchen and bathroom that is fully furnished. The sleeping rooms may look rustic on the outside; the cabins feature spacious beds, ceramic tile floors, and air conditioning. The guests may also enjoy staying at the complex that has 8 individual rooms that are adjoining that makes it convenient to gather with family & friends.

The park is situated on 24+/- acres with room to expand. There are a total of 11 RV sites. 7 of the sites are pull-thru sites with 30/50 AMP electric service. 4 of the sites are back- in with 110 AMP electric service for pop ups or tent camping. There are 50 primitive tent sites located along the river with no electric service. There are 2 wells located on the property to service the establishment. 2 DNR approved sewer systems one built in 2010 and one in 2015. The resort is operating 11 months of the year but could be operated year round. The busiest time of the year is May - October. Most guests stay 2-3 nights and some stay longer.

The apartment is located above the office and it is currently utilized by the manager. It is 600 Sq Ft with a living room and kitchen area. There is 1 bedroom with walk-in closet and 1 bath with a tub shower combo. Nice furnishings include custom built cabinets, granite counter tops, hardwood and tile flooring. This area could easily be turned into another rental as well.
