ocated in a beautiful scenic western setting with bluffs to the north and south and also farms and ranches dotting the landscape. Pioneers traveled these roads on their way to Oregon, California, and Utah since 1836. This history rich location has so much to see and do. The Pony Express also ran this way in 1860 bringing news from the east and west.
Park information Fort Laramie Historic Site is a must see along with the other historic sites close by. For those who like fishing and water sports there is the north Platte River 1 mile south and Guernsey and Glendo State Parks and Gray Rocks Reservoir.
What a great place to sit a spell and soak it all in. You don’t want to miss our sunsets; they are truly second to none!
US 26 is a well traveled route to Yellowstone National Park to the west, route 85 is just 5 miles to the east. It takes travelers to Devils Towers/The Black Hills and Mount Rushmore.
The park is situated on 14+ acres right on US Highway 26. There is 53 dedicated pull thru RV sites. There is 20 FHU 50 AMP, 10 FHU 30/50 AMP, and 10 Water and Electric 30 AMP sites, with several areas conductive to tent camping.
There is 10 sites on the east side of the property not currently being used but could be upgraded to small yurts or cabins. There is also room for future developing. The park season is April 1 to October 1. Although, it does remain open only for long term guests.
Additionally, the park has a 3/2 mobile home for owner’s residence or as a rental. There is a bedroom apartment also as a rental unit. The current owners live in the office building
