Park Information
This park has numerous repeat customers and family reunions that stay at the campground each year. We are family friendly and centrally located to most of the tourist attractions in the Black Hills. We offer a wide variety of lodging options that make our park attractive to visitors and groups...This is a profitable, seasonal park that is currently open Mid-May to Labor Day. Additional income is possible by extending the dates open and/or expanding the facilities (adding cabins, RV or tent sites), with 23 acres, there is plenty of room to expand.

Sites / Buildings
The campground has 19 cabins as well as owner’s quarters (doublewide with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths). 32 tent sites situated along the creek featuring 15 primitive sites, 8 sites with 15 amp electric and 9 sites with 20 amp electric & water. The park also has 29 RV sites. 8 sites are back in sites with 30 amp electric, water & sewer, 14 sites are back in sites with water and 30 amp electric only. There are 2 sites with 50 amp electric that are used as workamper sites and 5 pull thru sites with 30 amp electric, water & sewer (3 of these sites are also reserved for workampers). In 2018 there will also be a combo RV/camping cabin site with a covered porch area. There is a dump station, shower house with laundry, and a portable toilet trailer...Along with lodging the park has a café and store which is the home of the Iron Mountain Road Visitor Center & Store which provides a significant amount of income for the business. We have a tremendous number of repeat & referral customers drawn to its exclusive (copyrighted & trademarked) Iron Mountain Road merchandise. This product line is not only a favorite with the bikers that come annually during the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally but is a tourist favorite as it chronicles the unique journey of the road on which the campground is located. The business holds a beer and SD wine license that can be transferred to a new owner. We also sale gas, diesel & propane.

The park has 2 wells, multiple septic systems, Wi-Fi, pavilion, mini golf, playground, basketball & volleyball and hiking trail. There is also a huge maintenance shop with numerous tools, vehicles and equipment. The property has been well maintained and numerous updates and improvements have been made to the facilities and cabins
